Grumpy

i just fell that I'm so so so grumpy now days esp towards my friends... haiz .... i wonder why..
Is it a symptoms showing that I'm getting older, turning to a grumpy old lady...I DON'T WANT TO BE SUCH PERSON.

I really need to learn not to be grumpy....

A lesson for today - Let Go of the Past.

It's hard, easy to say , very hard to practice. But once we successfully do this, we are a step forward in out life.

So TODAY, together we let go the past... Forgive all the past events that hurt us. To forgive someone, we should have a great heart and I know we all have a corner of soft kind heart some hiding.

TODAY, I'm gonna write and draw in a piece of paper about my feelings on my past. Then tie the paper on a balloon and let it go...
