- Get some support frm your love one (try not to be alone)
- Talk to one person about your feelings
- Ask a loved one to check in with you regularly, you won't be lonely & you will feel there someone there who still love you & cares.
- Call or email an old friend.
2. Do things you enjoy
- Listen to music, sing along..
- Play with a pet, time to get a pet. you won't be lonely
- Read a good book, some thing that motivate you about life
- List what you like about yourself, and start doing it.
3. Maintain healthy lifestyle habits
- Get on a better sleep schedule ( 8 hours)
- Practice relaxation techniques, learn yoga, breathing tecnique & meditation
4. Exercise as an Antidepressant
5. Eat Healty
- Make sure you get your breakfast & don't neglet your meals
- take a B-complex vitamin supplement or eat more citrus fruit, leafy greens, beans, chicken, and eggs.
- Slow down and pay attention to the full experience of eating
6. Avoid negative thinking
- write down something positive, everyday before you start your day
